Haywood Moor Event: Pricing, Regulations, and Details

 

At Haywood Moor we pride ourselves on providing a beautiful outdoor venue along with indoor bathroom, changing area, and catering kitchen.  We do not have the hindrance of a long list of detailed rules like one would find with similar venues.  This is your special day and we offer you the freedom to enjoy it.   

 

 

Pricing: (All prices include the use of Haywood Moor's Horse Drawn Carriage)

 
Rehearsel Dinner/ Corporate Event:         $300

Two Hour Event/ Wedding:                         $ 700

Four Hour Event/ Reception:                      $1200

Six Hour Event/ Wedding & Reception:    $1500                                 

Damage Deposit:                                  $300 – refundable

Booking Fee:                                        $200 – this comes out of the total cost

Midway between Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, Haywood Moor is located at 216 Country Place Rd, Wilmington, NC off Myrtle Grove Road.

Vendors

 
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.  Any damage to Haywood Moor caused by a vendor or their employees will be billed to that vendor.  We encourage you to have your vendors contact us as early as possible so we may establish a relationship and strong communication with them.  This will enhance our ability to work together and ensure your event goes as smoothly as possible.

Parking

Parking is only allowed in designated areas.  However, valet parking will be provided as part of the basic event cost.
